2019

Wyoming Artists'

Association

Convention

The 2019 Wyoming Artists' Association convention has come and gone. It was a fun time getting together with artists around Wyoming and sharing in our love of art. There were some wonderful classes held: Oil's class taught by Tom Lucas, Watercolors class taught by ..., Acrylics taught by Steve Rodriguez and a Sculptures class taught by ...! It was amazing to see all the beautiful masterpieces that came out of these classes.

There were some great pieces  on display this year. The judging was done by... and it wasn't easy. A few of the Highlights: Karen Barten  won Best in Show for her piece "Winter" , Jody Gilmore won The Governors Choice for her piece "River Otters",  Karen Barton, Jody Gilmore, and Shaela Roof all won a spots in the Congressional contest.
